Exceptional and rare set of 10 dining chairs designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast Møbler, Denmark, 1960. What makes this set truly special is its size — a complete and impressive arrangement that is seldom encountered. The chairs are crafted from high-quality solid rosewood and feature refined black leather seats, resulting in a timeless and elegant appearance.

The high-back design offers excellent comfort while maintaining a strong and architectural presence around the dining table. A perfect balance between sophisticated aesthetics and everyday usability.

The accompanying dining table, also made of premium rosewood, measures approximately 300 cm in length, making it ideal for large gatherings. Thanks to its clever extending system, the two additional leaves can be slid away, allowing the table to be reduced to a smaller, more practical size when desired.

Both the table and chairs are in very good condition. All pieces are originally marked, confirming their authenticity and enhancing their desirability for collectors of high-quality Danish mid-century design.

A rare sculptural club chair in thuya burl veneer. Thuya is an exotic wood with tones ranging from warm golden brown to deep brown. Thuya grows in the Atlas Mountains near Essaouira, Morocco, where harvesting the underground burls is a labor-intensive process.
